• Are there any Long Term Contracts?
  You can subscribe to our services on a month-on-month basis. If you prefer pay-per-use, then you can buy credits as well.
• Can I cancel my subscription?
  Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Just let us know up to 48 hours before your renewal date and we will not charge you for the following month.
• Can I have a refund?
  PowToon has a 30-day money back guarantee.
• Can I change plans at anytime?
  Changing plans is really simple. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by contacting support@powtoon.com. If you are upgrading to a higher plan, you will be prorated the difference for that month.
• Which payment methods do you accept?
  We support PayPal and accept all major credit cards including American Express.
• What happens with my existing credits?
  Your PowToon credits are used to export your Powtoons. The amount is reset at the beginning of each billing period. Unused credits are not carried forward to the following month.
• Will I still have access to the file for editing if I cancel my premium membership, or will I need to reinstate my subscription to edit?
  If you cancel your premium subscription you will retain a FREE membership plan which is limited to the plan's restrictions and features.
