How can I optimize learning for my students?

Ask yourself and ask your students:
You considered your goals and learners, now crate a challenge for your students
3: Define
-Inspire students to be creative and put forth effort
-Create a focus for your students
-Inform students how they will be asses
-Meet the needs of as many students as possible

This challenge should:
-Create you learning goals first, then choose your technology, not the other way around
-Sample and try technological platforms, and find the best fit for YOUR learners

Always:
Decide how to enhance learning with technology

4: Ideate
-Create something small, and review your learning goals and learner's needs.  
-Give yousrself feedback, and if needed try a new medium
