Learn how to copy, print, and scan @ the Sullivan University Library
Susan wants to make double-sided copies of her class notes using the library's copier. 
How can Susan do this?

Press the Home button to get to the main 
screen for the copier, printer, and scanner.

To make a photocopy, select the "Easy Copy" option from the home screen.
Lift the lid to the copier and place the item to be copied on the screen. 
For single-sided copies, simply select the number of copies needed (a) and press the start button (b).

To make double-sided copies, select the 2-sided copy button (a).

Select which double-sided or single-sided copy option that works best for your needs (a), and press the Start button. A diagram of what type of copies will be made is in the center of the screen (b).

Mary Ellen needs to scan some paperwork. How can she do that? 
From the Home screen select the 'Easy Scan' option. 
To scan to an email: 
1. Type in your Sullivan email address (e.g. jdoe8234@my.sullivan.edu).  (a) A keypad can be pulled down from the control panel. (b)
2. Choose if you want the scan to be black and white (B/W) or in color. (c)
3. Once you have selected your scanning options, press the B/W or the Color button. Your scan will be sent to your Sullivan e-mail.

To scan to a flash drive: 
1. Insert your flash drive into the USB port that is to the left of the control panel. (a) 
2. Choose if you want the scan to be blackand white (B/W) or in color. (b)
3. Once you have selected your scanning options, press the B/W or the Color button. Your scan will be sent to your flash drive.

Tom's instructor told the class they could print out copies of the Power Point slides used in class. Tom wants to know how to print out three slides on a page with the notes on the side. 
1. Go to the File tab in PowerPoint and select the print option. 
2. After selecting the option to print, you will see a screen that looks like this.

Under the Settings section, look for the option that says "Full Page Slides."

3. Change the "Full Page Slide" selection to be "3 Slides." Notice that the preview to the right of the print options shows three slides on a page with lines for notes.
