Introduction
Dropshipping may sound like a dream business because hey, you don't have to do anything except for selling, right? While that is true to some extent, it is also worth noting that you're competing not only with other dropshippers but also with every e-commerce business out there, giant or not

Keeping this in mind, it is important to follow certain set of rules as you start or grow your dropshipping business. These rules will help you generate more profits and put your business into automation ahead when you expand. Let's go
Do not rush into selling everything or many products at once
It is natural that you would want thousands of items on your store like Amazon & Walmart, but Amazon & Walmart have huge Sales & Marketing teams
So it makes sense for them to host millions of products without having to worry about how they would make sales.

However, when individuals / solopreneurs like you and I decide to do that, it can be extremely overwhelming
For starters, we would be confused about which products should we choose to invest in marketing
Do we market the everyday items? Or do we advertise the clothing? If it is clothing, then do we market it to men and women alike, and what about the kids? Do we market to parents too?
Do not rush into selling everything or many products at once
You see where I am going with this. When we load thousands of products on our store, we are creating a big problem for ourselves
We would end up creating an imperfect marketing plan because we just won't know who our target audience is
And if we don't know who our target audience is, then we would simply waste our money in advertising because we would not be able to plan a budget for running ads at all
And we won't have a list of metrics that would tell us what sells and what doesn't unless we burn a big chunk of money
Do not rush into selling everything or many products at once
So the moral of the story is, don't go after hosting a lot of products from two or more unrelated niches/categories on your store. It's a big NO-NO

This is the second time I am mentioning this in the course because it is extremely important that you solve a problem with your products
By solving a problem, you make your products and the business instantly desirable to your customers and profitable to you.

Let's lead with an example. Around the end of the year, we start noticing a buzz around us about what our new year resolutions would be
Some say their resolution is to eat healthier, some say it is starting a business, some say it is to learn a new skill, while some say it is to start journaling/writing a diary
