Telling the time
Here I will explain about how to read the time in English
In learning time we divide into two times

Starting from number 12 to 6 called past, past is used from minute 1 to 30.

While from number 6 to 12 we use to used from minute 31 to 59.
Time
If the minute hand is at number 12 we use (.00) or called o'clock.
If the minute hand is at number 3 we use (.15) or called a quarter past.
Time
If the minute hand is at number 6 we use (.30) or called a half past.
If the minute hand is at number 9 we use (.45) or called a quarter to.
