Target Audience 
The target audience is undergraduate computer science students who want the fastest and most convenient ways to avail library services with their interest in books and information. 
This target audience is chosen because they lack digital literacy and information regarding AI that is used as updated resources of the library, such as; accessing the trending books and magazines, borrowing, and overdue management of books.

Library Five Basic Functions
1. Identifying, selecting, and acquiring resources 
Identifying primary resources is a priority in library material management.In this function of the library, selecting and identifying the chatbots and virtual assistants will be made.
Example: 
Implement an AI-powered search engine that can understand natural language queries, provide personalized recommendations, and retrieve relevant resources.
Procedure:
Integrate an AI-powered search platform with the library's digital catalogTrain the AI system on the library's collection and user data to improve relevance and accuracyProvide a user-friendly search interface that leverages the AI capabilities
2. Organizing the resources to promote accessibility 
One of the primary functions of a library is to organize and promote rich sources
and content of information to the students so that they can consume and make effective use of information for research purposes.
This can be possible by organizing and promoting rich content through digital means. that save time, energy, and mental efforts of long hours that librarians take to organize the resources .
Example:
Organizing and promoting library resources can be done efficiently with digital tools like Claude, OPAC, and chatbots, which quickly catalog and classify books. These tools are used to improve library functions Library staff will use these tools to organize resources and promote them through social media, official university emails, and the website. 
3. Conserving and preserving material 
It is the moral responsibility of librarians to preserve the resources and materials and keep them in usable condition.Preservation of material aims to create a backup, plan, save time and effort, and also give accessibility to masses at the large. 
Example: 
the Open Archival Information System (OAIS) is used as a technology tool to digitally preserve library information. This tool helps to historically preserve the books and library resources by creating a backup plan. 
Procedure :
1.Document processing of the image 
2.Electronic means of filing the system 
3.management through a documentation system 
4. Providing educational programs 
Digital literacy workshops 
carrying out digital literacy workshops for students to provide them with important information regarding AI, digital tools, and how electronic resources are important for the fastest method of library service.
Real time digital access 
Another way is to provide real-time digital access to students with hands-on experience of how chatbots, virtual assistants, and other innovations of AI can help them get hands-on informative and trending books to upgrade their knowledge and accessibility.
5. Maintaining effective operations 
 It is very important to maintain and administer the library operations from effective marketing to management and IT operations to administration as well. 
For example; there should be a separate team that works on marketing library resources.

Social Media Campaigns
Promoting AI information resources is important to help university students adopt and use them. This can be achieved by using Social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok can be used to promote AI-driven resources.

1.Develop content in collaboration with library staff and IT team.
2.Design visually appealing posts and advertisement
3.Post during peak hours of social media usage.
4.Monitor impact and gather feedback to refine the strategy

For example: each student should be given an equal right to access books without any discrimination of gender, race, or ethnicityResolving conflicts of interest is important because it helps ensure fairness, trust, and that everyone follows the rules and laws.Librarians and students must be informed of copyright of resources It is important for staff to work honestly Students should be taught how resources without breaking copyright or privacy rules.
