What is a stative verb?
Stative verbs are verbs that show a state and not an action. SO,

¿Qué son estos verbos?.
Son verbos que expresan un estado o emoción y NO UNA ACCIÓN.
Por lo tanto, a estos verbos nunca se agrega "ING "
EN PRESENTE PERFECTO CONTINUO
THEY DON'T ADD "ING "IN THE PRESENT

PERFECT CONTINUOUS TENSE.
 dislike, hate, like, love, prefer, want, wish, appear, feel, hear,  see, seem, smell, taste, belong, have, measure, own, possess, weigh. agree, believe, doubt, guess, imagine, know, mean, recognise, remember, suspect, understand
Examples of stative verbs:

It's the same rule for the interrogative form.
