What's The Meaning Of Collaboration And Cooperation! 
Collaboration is the process of two or more people, entities or organizations working together to complete a task or achieve a goal. Collaboration implies shared ownership and interest in a specific outcome. If you and I collaborate on a project, we shared authorship.
Cooperation is the process of group of organism working or acting together for common, mutual, or some underlying benefit, as opposed to working in competition for selfish benefit. Cooperation, on the other hand, could just mean that you've given me help on something I'm working on and that I'm ultimately responsible for.
Partnership

Partnership is a relationship created through an expressed or implied commitment between two or more parties who join together to achieve common goal where they combine their assets to accomplish the goals
Collaboration is an open inclusive process, a tool to engage a broad 
array of diverse entities to come together to find solutions for the issues or the problems

COLLABORATE
Collaborative improves the way your team works together and problem solves. This leads to more innovation, efficient processes, increased success and improves communication. Through listening to and learning from team members, you can help each other reach your goals.
For example, Abdullah Yaman who looked at the recreation opportunity for Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve and mentioned that recreation in forest setting is now seen as necessary as it is widely recognized. He recommended that participation of all parties involved are necessary during during planning process. A forum or platform was needed to be established for them to voice out ideas during planning the process.
The collaboration is deemed important in realizing the goals of recreation development. The intention also was to improve communication and cooperation between public sector resource manager and the private businusses on outdoor recreation resource.

Partnership Create New Recreation in Spartanburg
Collaboration In Community Recreation
Thanks to a partnership with Kaboom! Partners for Active Living (PAL) and the City of Spartanburg have also discovered that the area is considered a "play dessert". PAL is working with nearby residents and community leaders to create a collective vision for the new space that invites the community, especially children and families, to play and gather in a new, welcoming outdoor spaces.

Community Efforts to Connect People safely to Parks
Collaboration In Community Recreation
The Tenderloin Wellness Trail is being led by a partnership between TLCBD/Safe Passage and the Trust for Public Land, an will serve as a tool to help prioritize sites and future improvements. projects partner are conducting extensive community outreach to identify pathways to connect important community resources, such as parks and open spaces.

Jacksonville's Oldest Public Park Gets a New Facelift during a Collaborative Beatification Project.
Collaboration In Community Recreation
Friends of Hemming Park, a non-profit organization who manage Jacksonville's oldest public park have benefited from community partnerships and have collaborated with MOCA Jacksonville (Museum of Contemporary Art). They have added two stages for entertainment ang programs, set up movable tables and chairs and designed a Kids Zone.
