United Nation is an international 
organization founded in 1945. It is currently made up of 193 member states, the UN and its work are  guided by the purpose and principles contains in its founding charter. 
It aims to maintain international peace and security, and develop friendly relations among nations.

The united nations can organize an assembly that each of the leaders of different countries can attend and discuss why it is important for them to cooperate to promote peace and have a better world

United Nation should provide a highly useful framework for international cooperation in the maintenance of peace and security, disarmament, trade, development assistance, social advancement and human rights, labor questions, advancement of the status of women, population, culture, education, human environment, science and technology, nuclear energy, the search for a new order of the sea, transport and communications, and the regulation of administrative and financial activities of the system.
We need to encourage everyone for 
"No competition" to promote equality. 
Equality is vital in any society or the world at large. When there’s inequality, it would be difficult for a nation to progress. It ensures that there’s no discrimination against anyone. Everyone is considered to be equal and treated the same way. And as a result, people in the society will have the freedom to associate with others, share their knowledge and get involved in activities that can have a positive impact on society. Equality breeds confidence, productivity and makes people more sociable. It also leads to economic progress.

Upholding International Law
By upholding international law, nations can address crimes against international crime, problems of nationality, conduct of war, refugees, etc.
