I'm going to talk you about a case of copyright infringement
It happened between: Vanilla Ice, Freddie Mercury and David Bowie. 
In 1991, Vanilla Ice made a song named: "Ice Ice Baby". The fact is that the rhythm of the song is almost identical to "Under Pressure" by Queen and Bowie  
You stole our idea for your song
Sorry bro, take it easy!
NOT FAIR!
Ice considered that the rhythms were very similar, but they were a little bit different from each other. 
Even though, the case went to the court.

So, once the case was settled in court, Ice had to pay for his acts.
You have to pay them because you stole their rhythm
And you also have to credit them in your song
Bowie and Mercury were very happy, because their idea was respected after all
So that's why we have to respect the copyright , guys!
