This refers to individual utilizing information technology in order to engage with others in society, politics and government.
The Digital Access
Digital access is the equitable opportunity to the same education and the access for every individual in using and being the part of digital technology. Assistive technology is technology that enhances learning for the individual but also makes it doable by applying the accommodatios needed to assist in making the individual's digital technology use effeciantly. 
Digital technology can be accessed anywhere as long as there is available network and data required. Young people are most online in digital platforms.
The Digital commerce
The DIGITAL COMMERCE-It can be elaborated to as the buying and selling of goods and services using the internet, mobile networks and commerce it also involves the economy in exchanging of the technology,buyers need to be aware of the problems involved in exchanging the electronics. the digital commerce also includes the marketing activities that support these transactions, which are the people, processes and technologies to execute the offering of the development content, analytics, promotion, pricing, costumer acquisition and retention, and costumer experience at all touchpoints throughout the customer buying journey.
The digital communication
Digital communication- It is an electronic way to exchange information.  the digital communication has expanded overtime as it was limited during the 19th century. The expanding communication is changing everything allowing everyone to keep in constant communication.
Digital literacy -It refers to individual's ability to produce clear information through writting and other forms of communication on the various digiatal platforms. Digital literacy showcases showcases an individual's grammer, computer, writting, and typing skills on platforms such as, social media sites. Digital literacy also includes other devices such as smartphones, tablets, tablets, laptops and deskop pc's. while digital literacy focused on digital skills and stand alone computers

Digital security-  It is the electronic precautions to guarantee safety. As more and more personal information is being stored electronically, a strategy to protect individual's information in the internet 
in any digital society there are those individuals who steal, deface or display incorrect information. The digital technology users need to be aware that there are also such people in the internet and they need to be protected, have backups of data and surge of control of the equipment, as a digital citizen it is essential to protect your information from outside forces that might cause disruption or harm.
The DIGITAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital rights and responsibilities- This is having the right and freedom to use all types of digital technology while using the technology in an acceptable and appropriate manner. As a technology user you also have the rights to privacy and the freedom of personal expression that is of course harmless to the other digital user's rights.
Digital Technology users need to think of other people's rights on digital platforms before displaying any information in public.
Digital etiquette - It can be elaborated to as awareness of being  a responsible online citizen among the other fellow users. This is said to be the issue in digital citizenship, as the users usually recognize the inappropriate behavior but do not know to appropriately combat it . Also many feel uncomfortable confronting others about their etiquette. the digital etiquette relates to adults who have a responsibility to be an excellent role models to their students of all ages.

THE DIGITAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS.
Digital health and wellness can be physical and psychological well-being in a digital techbology world.
Physical health_ staying in front of the computer for a long time can cause physical illness to anyone, but some do not notice until they are seriously ill. Posture when using the computer is very important as it assist your beckbone.
Digital law -it can be elaborated to as electronic duty that applies to every user.usually its not taken into consideration people do as they are pleased. it encompasses legal topics such as intellectual property and copyright law, as well as issues regarding appropriate use such as plagiarism, the intellectal propery refers to creative works including, but not limited to, literature, music, novies, software and art. copyright law were created to protect the intellectual property of individuals for limited amount of time, and to encourage creativity.

THE DIGITAL LAW
It's best to always think before you post anything on any of the digital platform.
The digital technology nowadays is popular to almost all the ages in the society although young people are the ones who are more able to utilize and move with technology even if it improves introducing more broad technology. The survey reveals that teenagers of 12-17 years are using online technology more frequent.
