Respecto de las restantes situaciones del peculio extraordinario del artículo 291 del Código Civil, debemos concluir que en estos casos no le es dado al púber administrar esos bienes porque la ley manda que no teniendo los padres la administración deba dársele al hijo un curador que la ejerza. (artículo 300 del Código Civil). 
EN CONCLUSIÓN
el púber y solo él, dado que es el único que por su edad tiene capacidad relativa puede administrar y usufructuar, sin representación alguna los bienes de su peculio profesional.
