SU ESTRUCTURA ES 
Actores - Proceso - Problemas
Son las personas que tienen intereses, opiniones y necesidades opuestas sobre un punto de vista.
Actores
Forma en la que se desarrolla un conflicto, situaciones que se dan entre los actores hasta dar solución.

Proceso
Se refiere a la situación en la que las personas involucradas difieren.

Problema
