Ruben, who is the Senior Manager of Performance Management Department whose favorite movie is Rocky
In our organization, we create SMART goals at the start of the year and have performance discussions at least twice a year to check our progress.

Leap used to push me around to keep up with my skills and knowledge when she is still my supervisor. But it paid off!
Flair, who is the Accountant of Compensation and Benefits and who is NOT a vegetarian
With Flair, she fought for employees to increase the daily wages, overtime and other compensation-related benefits as mandated by law!
Jet, who is the Lead Developer of HRIS for data and analysis and who is very friendly to everbody!
Oh I can't help but remember that one time when we received so many inquiries and we need to sort through the data to fill in a vacant position asap. Jet just like his name speed up our process with his tools and we even able analyse it perfectly!
