CONSUMPTION & TREATMENT SERVICES:
One part of a comprehensive, integrated drug strategy
People use their own drugs under supervision of trained health care workers who monitor and respond to drug overdoses.

Other harm reduction services offered include, naloxone kits, wound care, social supports, health care servicies, access to clean supplies and sharps disposal.

They are endorsed by Health Canada!
Sites operate with an exception under Section 65.1 of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

Funding comes from the Ontario Ministry of Health with set requirements for reporting on program data
