The Importance of Physical Activity
Regular physical activity is very important for your health!
Physical activity helps to reduce the risk for:
- heart disease
-type 2 diabetes
-infectious disease
-some cancers

Physical activity strengthens your muscles and bones so you are able to do your daily activities 
Doing a variety of physical activity will reduce your risk for falling!
exercise can help you live longer and help to manage chronic conditions or disabilites
Physical activity can help you sleep and reduce the risk for anxiety or depression
Physical activity plays a key role in weight management
