WHY SELF-CARE IMPORTANT?
Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health.
Good self-care is key to improved mood and reduced anxiety. It’s also key to a good relationship with oneself and others.
SELF-CARE  IT HELP US TO BE A BETTER PERSON
MAINTAIN HEALTH CONDITIONS PROPERLY
AND  HELP SECURE THE BODY FROM DISEASES
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF WE DIDN'T SELF-CARE?
WHEN SELF-CARE NOT IMPLEMENTED
THE BODY WILL RESULT TO IMMUNITY DEFECIENCY
ALSO INCREASES RISK FOR CONTAMINATION
NEGATIVE EFFECT OF SELF-CARE
IF YOU RELY ON SELF-CARE YOU WILL BE OVER COMPULSIVE AND VERY METICOLOUS

It promotes rest and relaxation, which benefits our overall health and wellness, and it also promotes healthy relationships. When our self-esteem and self-awareness improves, it has a positive effect on our overall mindset.

WHAT IS SELF-MANAGEMENT?
Self-management means being able to manage the daily tasks to live well with one or more chronic conditions. 
It means having the skills and confidence to take charge of your medical needs, your everyday roles and responsibilities, and your emotions.
IT HELPS  STUDENT BECOME ORGANIZE AND BE ORIENTED IN THEIR STUDY HABIT
IT WILL ALSO HELP THEM CREATE RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY FOR THEM SELVES
HOW SELF-MANAGEMENT HELPS STUDENT?
NEGATIVE EFFECT OF SELF-MANAGEMENT
YOU CANNOT PAY ATTENTION TO OTHER THINGS AS YOU COMPLY TO YOUR SELF

This doesn't mean that you should suppress your negative feelings, but if you become aware of them, you can dictate your own behavior, not your feelings. Nothing makes you angry.
