Art, the simple three-lettered word, has broad definition. From photography to music to dance to painting, everything is a form of art. Creating something without words, something that speaks to people.
Art is a lenguge of its own. We see art everybody but how we see it is different. In an ever-busy, art is an escape from the constant chaos and pressure.

When it comes to art, you can be anyone you want to be and express anything you want to. Art Itself is the solution and a remedy. Art is therapeutic.
Art doesn't always have to make sense to you. You don't have to solve problems or explain theories in art like you have to mathematics or science.
Music
One of the most beautiful things in the world. It is one of the most preferred, satisfyng and known cultural activity. Music is composed and performed for many purposes, is the best source of relaxation. Music is something you cannot get Tired of.
Music Therapy
Life will be colorless without music. It has been shown that music has to power to heal. It is a stimulant for the mind and the soul. Some write songs, some compuse, some play songs on their instruments, some sing.
Listening to music can enhance or suppress feelings.
There is music for every emotion. If I'm happy, music adds to my happiness. If I'm sad, music reduces the sadness. If I'm depressed, music gives me hope. If I'm angry, music calms me down.

It's a well-known fact that moving is good for the body and mind. The mental and emotional benefits of movement are plentiful.
The some endorphins that make you feel better when moving also help you concentrate and sleep better. Moving regularly is an investment in your mind, body, and soul.
