Welcome to our Strategic Planning Activity
To ensure the smoothness of this 3-day activity, let us observe the following HOUSE RULES

FY 2023 Strategic Planning Activity is

for our attendance, we encourage everyone to register via google form link sent in the chat box and to your email addresses before the start of the morning and afternoon session of our activity. Please note that the time stamp of your actual registration is being captured through this google form link.

we encourage everyone to please sign in at least 10 minutes before the activity starts.

be prepared. Be sure that your gadget is charged and use headphones if you have them.

we will have a 10 minute break with a morning and afternoon snacks at 10 AM and 2:30 PM and of course a 1 hour lunch break at 12noon.

You may either send us a message via messenger, chat on the chatbox, or if you are at the office, send somebody to report your concern. Our assigned Hosts, Co-Hosts, Logistics and IT Technical for this three-day activity are all physically present at the office to attend to your needs.
