The plaintiff obtained the default judgement because of the defendant has failed to appear to the court
Yeahh!!!
The plaintiff was angry because he didn't tell about it before made an agreement 
The defendent's husband tell to the plaintiff about his wife was suffering bipolar depression from the report Hospital Bahagia

22 December 1989 - The defendent's husband seek to be  a guardian at ad litem
He also want the default judgement to be set aside because of his wife unsound of mind

However , the agreement can't be rescind because the contract must prove that she was unsound of mind and the other party must know her condition when entering the contract
Court Judgement
The final result of judgement  is the defendant's husband had failed to set aside the default judgement , and they need to pay for the consequences
