In the previous video, you learned how to perform one-time setup security questions and mobile phone number in SSPR.
In this video, we will show:
How to reset your Globalnet / Email password
2. How to unlock your Globalnet account

Resetting Globalnet / Email Password
1. At your office Thin Client (TC), click on the Nexus SSPR icon.

2. Domain is defaulted to Globalnet. Enter your Globalnet username.

3. Click Reset Password.
4. Select either one of the options to reset your Globalnet / Email password:

a. I want to use Question and Answer to RESET password; OR
    b. I want to use One Time Password (OTP) to RESET password

5. Click Next.
If you select Security Questions
6. Key in the answers to the 3 security questions that you
    have set up earlier.

7. Enter Verification Code.
  8. Enter your new password according to the Password Policy.

9. Re-enter your new password to confirm.

10. Click Reset Password to complete the reset.
If you select One Time Password (OTP)
6. Enter the OTP that has been sent to your registered mobile phone
    during your one-time setup.

7. Click Next to proceed.
8. Enter your new password according to the Password Policy.

9. Re-enter your new password to confirm.

10. Click Reset Password to complete the reset.
Unlock Globalnet  Account
1. At your office Thin Client (TC), click on the Nexus SSPR icon.

2. Domain is defaulted to Globalnet. Enter your Globalnet username.

3. Click Unlock Account.
4. Select either one of the options to unlock your Globalnet account:

a. I want to use Question and Answer to UNLOCK Account; OR
    b. I want to use One Time Password (OTP) to UNLOCK Account.

5. Click Unlock.
If you select Security Questions
6. Key in the answers to the 3 security questions that 
    you have set up earlier.

7. Enter Verification Code.
If you select One Time Password (OTP)
6. Enter the OTP that has been sent to your registered
    mobile phone during your one-time setup.

7. Click Unlock to unlock your account.
