Descriptive Text
What is 
Descriptive Text ?
Descriptive text is an text/article that describe a particular person, animal,place,or thing.

In descpriptive text, you write about something that you want to describe so the readers can read and see the details about something that you describe on the text as well.
Descriptive Text
Purpose
The purpose of this text is to describe about the details of a particular object that the writer's describe on it.
From example
Describe our friend/bestfriend, our family, or our home
Interesting place in out city
Usually we're just focus on one thing to describe as well. 
Generic Structures of Descriptive text
Identification
This structure contains some point that refer to an introduction about the object such as person, animals, or place.
Description
Description: This structure contains the details and aspect about the object. It can be the shape, color, size, features, forms, etc.
Example
MY CAT 
            I have a cat in my house, the cat is male. I like call him “Papay”. He is an adorable cat, my cat is cute. His body is fat. He has black and white fur.
            I really love to cuddle him because his fur feels soft. Every morning my mother gives a fish, sometime he usually scratches out my arm when I play with him. He is an active animal. He likes to run around the house. He likes to chase everyone in my house. When he feels tired or sleepy, he usually sleeps on the sofa in the living room or sometime under the table.
            “Papay” often goes out to find for food at night. And sometime he brings a mouse on his mouth. Then he eats the mouse in the back of my house for himself.

Jerome Polin
         He is Jerome Polin. Jerome Polin is my favorite youtuber. He has short, thick, and black hair. His skin is fair, he is chubby. I adore Jerome Polin because he likes to share mathematics and Japanese content in his Youtube channel.
         I learned a lot of easy mathematics formulas and Japanese because of watching his videos on Youtube. Other than that, he also often shares interesting content, such as introducing Japanese food and culture.
        Oh, he used to be a student of Applied Mathematics at Waseda University. He entered a university in Japan using a scholarship. Even when he was in high school, he had often won various competitions in mathematics.
       This is what makes me aodre him even more. I am motivated to study hard so that I can continue studying abroad.
