PT.Mahbelfood Nugraha Langgeng
Mahbelfood is a company engaged in frozen food. This company was founded in February 2009. and was legalized in 2013.
Mr. Ferris' mother attempted to manufacture dumplings, which were later sold at one university in Jakarta, by focusing on the flavor and hygiene of food.
This is the problem facing Mahbelfood and the solution from us group 12.

Some of Mahbelfood employees do an inappropriate thing, like cheating, lazy, corruption. Also Mr Ferris does not have a good relationship with his emolyee.
solution
To find the right staff, Mr. Ferris must do a selective test and look for employees who are able to be responsible, and be honest. This must be done to avoid the possibility of fraud  again
Mr Ferris should actively listen to what they have to say in order to build a solid relationship.

Cost of materials increased & lack of funding

Find a cheaper materials but still keep the quality of product, or reduce the quantity of one pack donut.

Mahbelfood can do an innovation like change the packaging to attract more customers, do a promotion or give a discount to customer who buys more than one.

Nowadays, almost every people have social platforms like facebook, instagram, or market places like shopee, lazada. But Mahbelfood rarely promotes its products, and not many people are interested in seeing it

Mr Ferris can hire staff which is in social media field and have experienced in promoting goods
