What is Mental Health?
Mental health is the overall wellness of how you think, regulate your feelings and behave.

In present times, mental health has become a very important issue to be addressed.
Due to the stigma related to it , many individuals have little to no understanding about this issue.
India is a home to the largest population.
Many Indians are suffering from mental health disorders but this issue isn't addressed in a proper way.
More than 80% of people do not receive professional help-Reports say.
Moreover, only 2% of health care budgets are being allocated by countries.
Feelings of shame, misery and embarrassment have been associated with mental health disorders.
How do you know if you're suffering from mental health disorders?
