Myth or Fact?
Your weight is just a number on a scale and is not a sole indicator of your health status!
It is important to take a holistic view of one's health status and life habits. 
Rather than focusing on the number of the scale, focus on positive health behaviors.
Myth!!
You need to take a multi-vitamin every day to be healthy.
Myth or Fact?
You do not necessarily need to take a multi-vitamin everyday! The purpose of a multi-vitamin is to supplement any nutrients that are not in your diet. Eating a healthy and balanced diet is one way to get all the vitamins and minerals you need.
However, there are instances where someone should be taking a mutli-vitamin!
Myth!!
Frozen veggies are just as healthy as fresh veggies.
Myth or Fact?
This is true! 
Frozen or canned veggies contain the same nutrients as fresh veggies as long as there are no additives. 
One tip is to avoid frozen or canned veggies that have added salt or opt for low sodium.
Frozen and canned veggies also have a longer shelf life!
Fact!!
Being outside without a coat or wet hair will lead you to catch a cold!
Myth or Fact?
Only a virus or bacteria will cause you to catch a cold. 
The flu and colds are more common in the winter months. People tend to spend more time indoors during these months, making it easier to catch an illness from others.
So, cold weather encourages behaviors that make it easier to get sick, but the weather itself is not to blame. 
So, get outside and take a walk!
