What is it?

Raw Milk
Can be used in the preparation of dairy products
Pasteurized

Then cooled to a minimum of 63ºC for 30 seconds
What is it?
Eliminates common harmful agents and does not alter the texture, flavor or composition
Submitted to high heat treatment of at least 72ºC for 15 seconds
Can be stored for 3 to 7 days under ideal refrigeration conditions.
Pasteurized Milk
UHT
Packaged in sterile conditions
What is it?
Eliminates microorganisms and sporulated forms
It is filtered, centrifuged and then heated to 135 ºC for 1 second
Ultrapasteurized
It can be stored from its processing date for up to 90 days in a suitable refrigeration environment
