Why Warung Nyonya
Younger generation like us
Prefer electronic gadget, couldn't experience it . 
In the midst of city urban living life
The traditional looking kiosk is going to extinct

Our
-Allow everyone to know what is a 'Kampung Kiosk' ?
-Let everyone to experience the ambience of kampung kiosk
We try to imitate a Kampung style kiosk (theme) 
kampung kiosk by the roadside
Our Entremet
Concept : Kuih Ketayap
Kuih Ketayap : it's a Pandan rolled crepe with coconut and gula melaka fillings inside
- Ensemble in an 8'inch ring mould
Shape : Round
- Prevent confusion to relate our concept to Kuih Ketayap which is round in shape

Green and white marble glazing 
6 Layering 
First layer: Coconut short crust
- Coconut short dough which will have the crunchy texture. 
 
- It will act as a solid and firm base for our entremets.

- We want to compile other texture to balance out the cake.

(From Bottom to Top)
Second layer: Gula melaka mousse
-Texture of Gula Melaka mousse is soft and smooth.

-It actually brings up the sweetness of the whole entremets.

-Brown in colours.

Third Layer: Coconut Jelly with coconut flesh
- The texture would be chewy and crunchy.

-The chunks of coconut flesh in our jelly will give the crunchy and succulent feelings.

-Coconut jelly will be clear in colours.

Fourth Layer: Pandan sponge cake
- The texture of the sponge cake will be spongy and chewy.
 
- It will have Pandan essence inside the cake.

-Attractive bright green colour

Fifth Layer: Coconut mousse
- The texture will be smooth and creamy.

-Coconut milk in the mousse will taste rich and flavourful.
 
-Mousse also help to bind the other layer.

Sixth Layer  : Marble glazing 
Last but not least,
-To imitate the look of kuih ketayap:
1) Green to represent the pandan 
2) White to represent grated coconut.

-The texture of the glazing will be smooth.
