Worship
Worship is Actually Living a life that pleases the Lord
I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.
Romans 12:1
2. Discipline
We must control our bodies and not let our bodies control us
But I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest after preaching to others 
I myself should be disqualified.
I Corinthians 9:27
3. Integrity
Wherever we are, we carry with us our true identity - 
The integrity of the upright guides them,
 but the crookedness of the treacherous destroys them.
Proverbs 11:3

4. Commitment
Commitment is a continuous act of fulfilling one's vow/promise
When you vow a vow to God, do not delay paying it, for he has no pleasure in fools. 
Pay what you vow.

Stop the 
Blaming attitude
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.
