According to Paul Kagame, a Rwandan military leader and politician. "National Security is vital for economic and social progress” strong and effective national security is necessary for continuous economic development. Without it, there would be no progress.
According to Prof. Rommel Banlaoi and Prof Herman  Kraft, human security is a concept introduced by the Human Development 1994 report. 
Dr. Herman Kraft stated that human security should be about freedom from fear and the freedom of future generations to enjoy a quality of life. But most importantly, human security embraces the people-oriented,  human-centered concept of security as against traditional security, such as the military-oriented and state-focused. 
National security that specifies the very well-being of the country.  
While there is human security,

On the other hand, national security is more of a general type of security, covering the complete security of the state.
Traditional military-political security focuses on the capacity of institutions such as the military and the police.

Human security covers protecting the economy and the environment and what is happening in these institutions.

Another threat to the human security is 
the government or the police itself;
1. What if they abuse their power and use it against us? 
2. What if they abolish our human rights? 
3. What if Martial Law repeat it's history again?
4. Can we still have the freedom to express ourselves?
As Filipino citizens, we should also look after our economy and environment. We can’t just let the government do everything; we bash and destroy them when they fail to accomplish their tasks. 
We also have a part to play in this society.  We should also be responsible for what happens inside the state. 
We all live in the same country, 
So we should also be liable to keep the balance intact.
As a young adult, I can help resolve these concerns by being part of the change for the country by;
joining organizations  that will speak in   behalf of the Filipinos
We can also 
help insharing information 
voting wisely
Being a teenager and young adult does not have a lot of power to help on resolving these conflicts with the national security however;
YOU SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN having;
1) Public awareness 
2) Participate
3) Sharing information
maybe the best way to help in resolving the concerns is by being aware of the issues and sharing them
In Conclusion
The nationalsecurity handles the security of the whole country, while human security protects the security ofthe people and what’s inside the country. 
both national and human security are necessities to the state.
 As it can help us feel more secure and live a life that we and future generations can enjoy.
We should value both of our securities .
As much as we have human and national security, we too are responsible for safeguarding it, not just the government.
