For too many women and children around the world and likely in this very community, the place where they should feel safest is instead a place of terror
VAWC cases per year
-42% age 15–49 who have experienced physical or sexual violence have never sought help to end the violence or told anyone about the violence
-24% who have experienced violence told someone about the violence but did not seek help

-total of 11,585 cases in just one year.but this does not include cases that are unfortunately unreported or unrecorded.
Year 2024
-recorded 11,636 VAW-related cases from January to November 30, according to the Philippine National Police.

The target of our Platform : ECHO
Our system will serves as bridge between our two primary segment:
Women and Children and PNP VAWC, LGU and NGO's
HOW IT WORKS
You can report incident using our Platform
WEBSITE and MOBILE
Fill-up incident report to the website and app
GAD (Gender and development)
After submitting the report, the system will prompt a question asking
Would you like to avail (barangay protection order)?
That means the barangay will provide you a temporary protection for 15 days. 
If you like to file a case then after BPO issuance the system will give you an option if you like to proceed or not. if you like to proceed then another form will be given to you for the PNP VAWC
