This is a story of how I became a BIS publishing student
It started in Sivumelene secondary school when I was a grade 12 learner. I was interested in literature both African and English. "Lenong la gauta" taught me a lot about my home language Sepedi
I was able to discern my culture, traditions, values and beliefs through this book

It was work time, I wasn't enrolled for any course ,I worked as a plumber, short time insurance broker, brand ambassador and building manager.

In 2018  I decided to study but I thought time has already passed so I decided to follow my dreams of working in literature sector by writing a book
After completion it was hard to publish the book so I opted for self publishing which was a failed project the overall cost were unsurmountable so decided to research local publishers.
my research led me here...
Thabiso Mahlape and Cindy Khuzwayo from Skeem Saam are my public influences and role models that made me have interest in a publishing degree I saw , healing, resonance and ambitions-values I believe can impact the society correctly
University and nsfas funding application
Congratulations
University of Pretoria admits me and nsfas approves my funding, I am over the moon. Now is time to pack the bags and leave for Pretoria

Mind you this is my second semester already and the journey has been challenging
