I did this servey to know if teenagers read books .I asked     teenagers between 14 and 20years old :     girls and        boys if they read books .

for girls the majority said yes and just 10 of them said no for boys 18 of them said yes and the minority said no
I told them why?

I asked them about the kind of book they prefer
for girls the majority choose the romans and  5 of them said the police and investigation books the rest said religious books. for boys no one choose the romans and the most of them said police and investigation books and 5 of them said religious books

so ,we can say that the majority of teenagers are

readers
 I do a searsh about reading in the past then I compared it with reading now in the present
I find that teenagers in the present read more than teenagers in the past 
because   they didn't have   Possibilities   to find and read books   but ,now they   have many   choices   to read books   such as    download books   and stories from the   net or   buy   them from  Libraries
