Goals & Motivation.
I can't do it!
 I do not have the motivation,
 I still need to find the Motivation to do it, 
I will do it tomorrow!
 I can't right now. 
Does this sound familiar?

What if I tell you that motivation is not something you find. 
Motivation is not something you have or do not have, or GET!

Motivation is all about your mindset.

If you REALLY want to do something motivation will be there automatically! 
Sounds weird and confusing? I know, but if I tell you that motivation can be there with everything you do? All you need to do is choose to feel motivated. You can do this by
Having something to look forward to, like goals play's a very big role in your level of motivation.
Motivation is not something you happen to find on the street

" Oh" 
" look! someone dropped there motivation now I have some"
Motivation is something you choose to have to achieve a goal, so how badly you want to achieve a goal plays a big part in how motivated you are. To set goals and plan out your goals keep you motivated. 
Motivation is an energy, a reason that draws you towards doing something. This can be an internal or external motivation, a form of curiosity or desire. Either way, everyone’s motivation is different, we all have our own ‘whys.’

Choose the right size for you,With this we mean, That the thing that maybe motivates your friend is maybe not the same thing that motivates you.
