WHAT IS SCHOOL BULLYING?
School bullying refers to the repeated aggressive behavior by one or more students toward another, which can be physical, verbal, or psychological.
It typically occurs in a school environment and can have long-lasting effects on the victim, such as emotional trauma, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. 
Bullying can take various forms:
- Physical
bullying
- Verbal
 bullying
- Social 
bullying
- Cyberbullying
PHYSICAL BULLYING
Physical Bullying includes hitting, pushing, or damaging someone's belongings.
VERBAL BULLYING
Verbal Bullying can also be name calling, teasing, or spreading rumors.
SOCIAL BULLYING
Social bullying is like excluding someone from social groups or spreading false information to damage someone's reputation.
CYBERBULLYIBG
Cyberbullying is using digital platforms to harass or intimidate someone, such as through social media, text messages, or online forums.
School bullying can begin in various ways, often stemming  from a combination of personal, social, and environmental factors.
Some of the main reasons of school bullying include:
- Power Dynamics
- Insecurity or Low Self-Esteem
- Peer Pressure
POWER DYNAMICS
Bullying often arises from an imbalance of power, where students bully others to feel superior or in control.
Insecurity or Low Self-Esteem
Bullies may target others to compensate for their own insecurities or feelings of inadequacy.
Peer Pressure
Students may bully others to fit in with a group or avoid being ridiculed by their peers.
Preventing bullying involves promoting a safe and supportive environment, encouraging respect, teaching empathy, and creating effective anti-bullying policies. 
Here are some effective strategies:
- Promote Awareness and Education
- Create a Positive School Culture
- Clear Policies and Reporting system
- Encourage Open Communication 
PROMOTE AWARENESS and EDUCATION
Teach students about bullying, it's effects, and  the importance of empathy and kindness. Anti-bullying programs can help raise awareness and change attitudes.
CREATE  A POSITIVE SCHOOL CULTURE
Foster an environment of respect where differences are celebrated and students are encouraged to support each other.
CLEAR POLICIES AND REPORTING SYSTEMS
Establish clear Anti-bullying rules and ensure students know how to report bullying safely.
ENCOURAGE OPEN COMMUNICATION
Provide students with a safe space to talk about their concerns and experiences, making sure they feel supported in speaking up.
Summary:
School bullying is when students repeatedly harm or intimidate others, causing emotional harm.
To stop it, schools should educate students, promote inclusivity, enforce anti-bullying policies, and encourage open communication, with support from parents and the community.
