3. The following data represent the percentage of people without health insurance for the 50 states and the District of Columbia in 2006.
With the first class having a lower class cutpoint of 8 and a class width of 2;
* If 2 vectors are in 3-space
   Example : u = (u1, u2, u3)
                      v = (v1, v2, v3)
   So, cross product of u x v 
                           = (u2v3 - u3v2, u3v1 - u1v3, u1v2 - u2v1)
u = (u1, u2, u3)
v = (v1, v2, v3)

u x v 
= (u2v3 - u3v2, u3v1 - u1v3, u1v2 - u2v1)
