In Malaysia, the significance of trade unions has become increasingly pronounced as workers strive to protect their rights and improve their welfare in an evolving labour market.
Trade unions fight for laws and policies that benefit workers, acting as a pressure group on the government. This is the way that will help their member or workers to avoid being exploited by employers.

In conclusion, trade unions play a crucial role in defending workers' rights, promoting fairness, and fostering harmonious industrial relations.

Trade union laws maintain industrial peace, protect workers’ rights, and enforce compliance. By negotiating collective agreements, unions safeguard workers' welfare and prevent exploitation, serving as an essential pillar for employees, organizations, and society.
