INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PUBLIC RELATIONS
Las Relaciones Publicas Interna y externa en una empresa podría resumirse en que, mientras que la comunicación interna tiene lugar entre el personal dentro de una organización, la comunicación externa se produce entre las personas dentro de la empresa y las del mundo exterior.
Internal and external Public Relations in a company could be summed up in that, while internal communication takes place between staff within an organization, external communication occurs between people within the company and those in the outside world.
Las relaciones públicas internas son aquellas que se encargan de comunicar y afianzar en los empleados la imagen de la empresa, sus políticas institucionales, así como su filosofía y el conjunto de valores sobre los que se fundamenta el objetivo de la organización
Internal public relations are those that are in charge of communicating and strengthening the image of the company, its institutional policies, as well as its philosophy and the set of values on which the objective of the organization is based on employees.
OBJETIVO
Es mantener la cohesión del grupo y la motivación del mismo y, por otro, informar sobre el estado de la empresa y sus diferentes acciones para que el trabajador comprenda en profundidad la dinámica de la marca

La comunicación interna es fundamental para el buen funcionamiento de la empresa. Sin ella, no es posible coordinar las tareas de manera eficaz, integrar a los empleados y poner en práctica la misión, la visión y los valores de la organización

Se consideran relaciones públicas externas todas aquellas que comprenden acciones hacia el exterior de la compañía, con el objetivo de alcanzar nuevos clientes, fortalecer la imagen de la empresa o cambiar la percepción que se tiene de la marca
External public relations are considered all those that include actions towards the outside of the company, with the aim of reaching new customers, strengthening the image of the company or changing the perception of the brand.
Es aquella que ocurre entre la empresa y todos los agentes externos pero relacionados a ella. Por ejemplo, clientes, proveedores, posibles clientes potenciales, público en general interesado en la marca, acreedores, empresas socias, etc.
It is one that occurs between the company and all external agents but related to it. For example, customers, suppliers, possible potential customers, the general public interested in the brand, creditors, partner companies, etc.
 Relaciones públicas externas son las ruedas de prensa o la coordinación de entrevistas en medios de comunicación. En las relaciones públicas institucionales el objetivo es gestionar las comunicaciones desde las instituciones gubernamentales
External public relations are press conferences or the coordination of interviews in the media. In institutional public relations, the objective is to manage communications from government institutions
Algunos ejemplos típicos son: donaciones a asociaciones para niños sin hogar, para mujeres con cáncer, plantar árboles, declararse socialmente responsables, utilizar recursos reutilizables, entre otros. Pero no se trata solo de hacerlas; sino de darlas a conocer
Some typical examples are: donations to associations for homeless children, for women with cancer, planting trees, declaring themselves socially responsible, using reusable resources, among others. But it's not just about doing them; but to make them known
