OBJETO DE LA PRESENTE RESOLUCIÓN

REDUCIR LA ACCIDENTALIDAD VIAL EN LA POLICÍA NACIONAL, COMO COMPORTAMIENTOS Y TIPOS DE SEGURIDAD EN LOS VEHÍCULOS 
PLAN DE SEGURIDAD VIAL DE LA POLICÍA NACIONAL ( PSVPN )
CULTURA DE AUTO CUIDADO PERSONAL POLICIAL,  DENTRO DE LAS CAUSAS DE MUERTE Y LECCIONES DE LOS FUNCIONARIOS QUE HACE PARTE DE LA INSTITUCIÓN, LOS ACCIDENTES DE TRANSITO SON LA PRIMERA CAUSA DE ACCIDENTALIDAD EN LOS ÚLTIMOS AÑOS.
EDUCACIÓN EN LA SEGURIDAD VIAL 
Costumbres y hábitos hacia la seguridad en la vía por medio de capacitación y entrenamiento, con el fin de ejecutar medidas de prevención y control

DEFINICIONES ESTRATEGICAS 
SON PROPOSICIONES QUE PRECISAN EL MARCO FILOSÓFICO DE LA INSTITUCIÓN, QUE INSPIRA Y MOVILIZA EL ACCIONAR INSTITUCIONAL, A TRAVÉZ DE LA MISIÓN "MEGA" PRINCIPIOS Y VALORES INSTITUCIONALES 
DIRECCIÓN DE BIENESTAR SOCIAL, SANIDAD TRANSITO Y TRASPORTE 
FORTALECERA LA CAPACITACIÓN A LOS UNIFORMADOS SOBRE CÓMO ACTUAR EN CASOS DE ACCIDENTES DE TRÁNSITO LA DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DE ESCUELAS FORTALECER LA INTERIORIZACIÓN Y SOBRE LAS IMPLICACIONES QUE TIENE VERSE INMERSO EN ACCIDENTES DE TRANSITO 
LÍNEA DE ACCIÓN-COMPORTAMIENTO HUMANO 
podrán  conducir vehículos de la policia nacional los uniformados en servicio activo que cumpaln con los parámetros establecidos en la resolución "004969" manual para obtener la autorización de conducción 
LA SEGURIDAD VIAL ACTIVA Y PASIVA 
SEGURIDAD ACTIVA

son principales elementos de la seguridad activa del equipo automotor ejemplo:
Frenos, suspensión, luces, espejos y dirección.

SEGURIDAD PASIVA 
Cinturon, airbag, apoyacabezas , parabrisas y vidrios de seguridad 
plan de mantenimiento preventivo 
está realmente emocionada de comenzar
plan de mantenimiento preventivo, cuyo objeto es prolongar la vida útil del equipo automotor,  y control oportuno garantizando que los vehículos estén en óptimas condiciones para el servicio 
Identificar los peligros, evaluar y valorar los riesgos de accidentalidad vial al interior y alrededores de las unidades policiales, debe ser un equipo integrado de cada unidad policial por el jefe del área administrativa o su      delegado.
