La libertad de profesar la propia religión estará sujeta únicamente a las limitaciones prescritas por la ley que sean necesarias para proteger los derechos de los demás.

No podrán discriminarnos de forma alguna por ejercer nuestra libertad de convicciones éticas, pensamiento, conciencia, religión y cultura.

Las autoridades están obligadas a establecer políticas que garanticen la protección de la diversidad de las expresiones culturales.

Es un derecho universal
Tenemos derecho a disfrutar libremente de:
Costumbres
Nuestra lengua
Religión
Prácticas culturales
Y todos los elementos que constituyan una identidad cultural.
