Bahan - Bahan : 
- Dada ayam 
- 8 Siung Bawang putih 
- 1 buah bawang bombay 
- Mie basah 
- Pangsit
- 13 buah Cabe rawit
- 12 buah cabe keriting 
- Saos tiram 2-3 sdm 
- Minyak wijen 5 sdm 
- Kecap ikan 2 sdm 
- Garam 3 sdt 
- kulit ayam untuk minyak ayam 
Nama "Mie Gacoan" diambil dari kata "Gaco" yang artianya jagoan / andalan dalam bahasa jawa. 
Proses Pembuatan

Tahap 1 : 
Pertama - tama siapkan dada ayam,bawang putih ,dan bawang bombai kemudian dicooper agak kasar. 
Tahap 2: 
Masak ayam yang sudah dicooper dengan api kecil, kemudian masukan saos tiram 2 sdm, kecap ikan 2 sdm, minyak wijen 5 sdm, atau bisa diganti minyak goreng, lalu masukan garam secukupnya aduk merata hingga kering 
Goreng pangsit sebagai bahan tambahan cemilan 
Tahap 3 : 
Tahap 4 : 
Rebus mie setengah matang, agar tidak  lembek. lalu tiriskan 
Tahap 5 :

Kemudian tumis cabe rawit dan cabe keriting yang sudah di haluskan ,
jika bumbu sudah matang lalu masukan mie yang sudah direbus
aduk hingga merata
