Es importante consumir frutas y verduras frescas bien lavadas, ya que pueden tener:
LAVAR CON AGUA POTABLE 
NO SE DEBE LAVAR CON PRODUCTOS COMO JABONES O DETERGENTES 
LAVARSE LAS MANOS ANTES Y DESPUES DE PREPARAR LOS ALIMENTOS

TIPS:
Mantén separadas las frutas y las verduras de alimentos cárnicos crudos
Frota con suavidad los alimentos
Desecha la parte dañada o golpeada

Desecha las hojas externas en alimentos como lechuga

Usa una escobilla para limpiar las verduras y frutas más duras

elegir correctamente los alimentos

Lávalas antes de pelar o cortar 
 Lávate las manos con agua tibia y jabón antibacterial
Pon las frutas y verduras bajo agua potable o productos para desinfectar de mercado
