How to use _ing and _ed adjectives correctly?
Concern
_ing adjectives are used for things and _ed ones are used for people.
“I don’t like Peter, he is boring.”
"He was getting bored of doing the same thing every day."
BOTH for PEOPLE
LET'S GET INTO THE VIDEO
_ing adjective is used to describe the characteristics of a person, a place, a thing, or a situation.
Example:
Do you see anyone interesting here?
She thought the party was amazing.
_ed adjective is used to describe people’s emotions or feelings and it's usually a temporary thing.
He didn't seem very interested in what I was saying.
how to use and distinguish?
If you're talking about a temporary feeling or emotion then use the _ed adjectives.
If you're describing the thing or the person that caused those feelings, then use the _ing form.

If I stop reading the book, I won't be disappointed anymore, yet, the ending of that book is still disappointing.
_ing adjectives describe a permanent quality while 
_ed adjectives describe a temporary feeling.
