Regular 2nd Year Student
REGULAR second year college male and female students enrolled in a DOST-SEI priority S&T course at identified universities in the Second Semester/Term of AY 2024-2025
General Weighted Average ≥ 83%
Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 83%* or its equivalent and with no conditional** or failing mark*** from the First Semester/Term of First Year until the First Semester/Term of Second Year in college, including in the midyear terms, if enrolled.
Filipino Citizen
Natural-born Filipino citizen.
Good Moral Character and Good Health
Did Not Qualify
May have applied for/taken the DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship Examination but DID NOT QUALIFY for the scholarship.
Did Not Avail
May have qualified for the DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship but DID NOT AVAIL of the scholarship award.

as Regular Third Year
After you have enrolled in the First Semester/Term of AY 2025–2026, secure a certification as a REGULAR THIRD YEAR student in your course from the University, or have Application Form E-1 signed by the university, and submit this to SEI on or before August 22, 2025.
