WHAT IS COMPUTER ADDICTION?
Computer addiction is an excessive or compulsive computer use that interferes with daily living.
HERE ARE SOME EASY STEPS ON HOW YOU CAN AVOID COMPUTER ADDICTION

Limit the amount of time you spend on the computer
Set a timer for the amount of time you intend to spend on the computer and make a commitment to stop using it as soon as the timer goes off.

Avoid computer use for recreation

You might have to use a 
computer for working,
 but that doesn't mean 
you have to use it for fun.
 If you notice that you 
oftenly use the computer 
to play games or socialize,
 make a commitment to quit
 and stick to it.

Don’t use computers unless you need them
If you always first do your most important tasks, you'll be more productive at work and at home
Turn off your computer and turn on your life! 
Always REMEMBER that playing on your computers may be enjoyable, but playing a part in your life is far more rewarding!
