Every HR down in HRville liked confusion a lot… But the Grinch, who lived outside HRville did not The Grinch hated confusion and poor benefits design No one quite knows the reason...

 so please don’t ask why It could be her head wasn’t screwed on just right It could be perhaps that hER shoes were too tight But the most likely reason, as you may recall Was her idea that benefits should be EASY for all

Whatever the reason, hER head or hER shoes SHe knew that we could help those who were confused And the more the Grinch thought of this HR confusion-ing The more      the Grinch thought – I must STOP this          whole thing!! Why, for 34 years I’ve               put up with it now I must stop     this confusion from growing- but how??

Then she an idea. An Awesome Idea! The Grinch had a wonderful, awesome Idea! I know just what to do, the Grinch said with delight And she thought up a quick benefits app and website And he chuckled and laughed - what a great Grinchy trick! With this app and this portal – I’ll make ADP sick! All I need are some PROs – so he looked up and down Thanks to years of great planning he had pros all around!

I know just what to do, the Grinch said with delight And she thought up a quick benefits app and website And he chuckled and laughed - what a great Grinchy trick! Did that Grinch stop there? No! The Grinch simply said, If there’s not a solution, we’ll BUILD one instead Then he told his whole team “with this new application - We will revolutionize benefit communication” And his team was comprised of the brightest of bright, Their work ethic strong and their processes tight.

First – a sales team to sell this benefit solution The tip of the sword in this HR revolution A marketing team chasing 1000’s of leads “Yes” said the Grinch “that’s just what we need” A Linda in finance to watch all the money And Kathy to keep funny business from getting too funny Add Customer Relations – thats a no brainer Right down to a handsome and sharply dressed trainer
Then a BSO team to deliver the service Though one’s Batman fixation makes the rest of them nervous A true team of experts, skilled like no other Then add a smart Dixon, and also her brother To build it –- a qualified team in IT App building experts is what they will be They’ll shape up this app – the best in the land With an IT Director that talks with his hands.

“ Now listen here HR’s – confusion is banned… For we’re putting your benefits right in your hand!” “when you see this new app – we know just what you’ll do – Your mouths will hang open a minute or two… Then the HR’s in HRville will all cry WOO HOO!!
“That’s a noise, grinned the Grinch, that I simply must hear… So he paused, and the Grinch put his hand to his ear. And he did hear a sound rising up from the business The sound of Brokers asking – hey – what is this? And that sound wasn’t sad – why this sound was quite happy For their benefit tools were no longer crappy
We HAD stopped confusion from growing – its Gone! 80 million millennials can’t all be wrong And the Grinch, with his Grinch team ready to grow Stood Puzzling and Puzzling …...how far can it go?” The app can have downloads, the app can have feeds The app can keep track of your life event needs
And he puzzled for hours – till his puzzler was sore Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn’t before Maybe Benefit Platforms can be so much more!! And what happened then?        Well…in HRville they know That BalanceBenefits will 
just continue to grow And with a

                          reach……...
