As many one of you know, this enterprise has been known as one of the favourites in the segment of kids consumption  
Its products have been accepted by childs thanks to its innovative flavors and presentations. 
Many of these products maintain in the market and its comsumption is higher.
BUT, SOME OTHERS DIDN'T FUNCTION IN THE MARKET AND ITS INNOVATION
ATEMPT WAS FAILED

BREAKFAST MATES WAS A CEREAL THAT WHEN KELLOG'S INSERT IT ON THE MARKET IT WAS REJECTED BY ITS PROMOTION, PRESENTATION AND TASTE.
 Kellogg's cereals and milk have been considered a winning combo, but when the company tried to sell the two together, the consumer response was not the best. How packaging, advertising and the expectations of Americans regarding milk combined to bring down Breakfast Mates, a product that offered one of the most venerable food combinations in the world.

When the concept was launched nationally in "kit form": four ounces. cereal box, four ounce container of aseptically packed milk [which does not require refrigeration] and a plastic spoon. The line consisted of four popular Kellogg brands 
 Cornflakes
Fruit Loops
Mini Wheat; and icy scales
 BUT THE CONSUMERS  CRITIC ABOUT THE MILK'S TEMPERATURE WAS THE CAUSE OF THIS PRODUCT TO FAIL.
Consumers said that the milk was warm, and they prefered it hot or cold not midterm.
This was the main reason of considering Kellog's breakfast  mates a failure in innovation, because one of the main points to consider something innovative in the market is that this one generates a positive impact and an acceptation by consumers.
And this product didn't follow these two aspects.
