Here are 5 tips to write strong passwords
Tip 1 - Don't use one PW for all accounts
Use unique passwords for websites, apps, and software.
Tip 2 - Use PWs that are easy to remember but hard to guess
Try using a sentence! "I ran a marathon in New York in 2010" to remember "IramiNYi2010"
Tip 3 - Make password at least 8 characters long
Include numbers, capital letters, and symbols
Tip 4 - Use common sense.
Avoid dictionary words, names of family members, and don't leave PWs in plain sight!
Tip 5 - Consider a PW manager
Roboform or Lastpass can assist with your password.  Apple Key Chain is excellent if you are on a MAC. 
Tip 6 - Use an encrypted MS Word document
You can feel safe maintaining a PW database in an encrypted MS Word document.
