Through individual appointments and workshops you will be:

1. Guided in developing the tools needed to study independently and efficiently.

2. Assisted in creating a personalized plan for the winter break.

For Instance:  24th-26th , 31st December
 1st, 8th -10 January

We recommend taking at least one-week vacation during which you reflect on the term and note areas for improvement.

Winter Break Review Begins
Reading Days: Monday to Friday

Study hours: 8 hours per day
Study Intervals: 4 hours in the AM &                               4 hours in the PM

Going to bed and waking at the same time daily- (In sync with our Circadian Rhythm).
Avoid late night meals.

Last meal 2-3 hours prior to sleep time
Avoiding screens and bright lights 1-2 hours before bed.

Keep devices out of room.
Making a To Do List for the next day can help calm our anxious side
