A Dream Teaching Career 
Let me take you through my journey!
Hello, I'm Mariola Martin, a dedicated Primary and Secondary teacher.  
Where my dreams take shape
My career began in 2004 as an SEN Teaching Assistant at Hove Park School in the UK. 
 This role was the foundation for my passion for teaching and supporting diverse learners.
My students were super cool
I loved my colleagues
Big move!
My home office
Then I became a Spanish Teacher and the KS5 Language Coordinator at Hove Park School (2006-2011),

In 2011, I moved to Spain to work for the British Council and the Spanish Ministry of Education, teaching bilingual primary students
Then I headed the Spanish as a First Language Department at Maxwell School
Brand new schoo!!
Spain
In 2016, my journey took me to the Bahamas, where I taught at Lyford Cay International School
The Bahamas
This experience enriched my multicultural teaching perspective
...and later became the Head of Spanish at King's College School
From 2020 to 2022, I led the Language Department at King's College School in Panama
PANAMA
 
An unforgettable chapter in my teaching career!
Academic Content development
 I also collaborated with Kognity to develop academic content for their Spanish B
book. 
Latest Role
I served as the Head of Spanish at Grey Coat Hospital School in London.... 
            and now, I'm back in Spain!

Master’s in Compulsory Secondary Education, Master’s in Education and ICT, and several certifications in teaching and e-learning design from  Spain and the UK
