What is Coronavirus (COVID-19)?
Coronavirus is a contagious viral strain that 
can be passed from one person to another, via:

Direct contact (within 2m/6ft)
Touching a surface infected with 
the virus
Respiratory droplets - sneezing, coughing, talking
With the increasing number of cases, we must immediately take precautions so that we are not infected with this virus.
How to prevent corona virus?
Step 1 : Wash Your Hands
Wash your hands for at least 60 seconds with soap. If no soap is available use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
STEP 2 : AVOID TOUCHING FACE
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth as they’re the most common entry points of the virus
Clean your work surfaces (desk, conference table, lunch area) using spray or disinfectant wipes.
Step 3 : USING DISINFECT
Step 4 : AVOID CONTACT
Wash hands after contact with frequently touched objects, such as doorknobs, light switches, computers and...
fellow STAFF!
You've got a better shot at fighting the virus if you have a healthy immune system: 
sleep, eat nutritious food, exercise and reduce stress.
Step 5: SELF CARE
Please avoid all non-essential travel

IMPORTANTLY...
Although it’s tough to keep a distance from those around you, minimize contact with family/ roommates.

Social distancing is important for everyone’s safety. 
If leaving the house, avoid crowds and groups of people (3 or more).
Step 7 : WORKING FROM HOME
How do you know if you’ve been infected with Corona? 
Symptoms range from those of the flu to a mild cold, including:

Fever
Cough
Shortness of breath
Breathing difficulties  
In severe cases, Corona virus infection can cause the following serious complications:

Complications of Corona Virus (COVID-19)

1. Pneumonia (lung infection). 
2. Secondary infection of other organs. 
3. Kidney failure Acute cardiac injury.
4. Acute respiratory distress syndrome. 5. Dead.
in the midst of this corona virus, we should wear a mask even if it hurts or doesn't hurt. And don't forget to keep your distance from other people and not leave the house if it's not too important.
